Duke on the charges. John W. Wood. 23, was convicted and aenienced to a year In the House of Correction but Immediately tiled an appeal. Walter H. Jones, 20, was convicted and given a suspended sentence when he paid a $23 ilnc. It originally was reported he was found -1 innocent.
