Affray on Shipboard.—John Manifold, of the sloop W. A. Graham, and Wm. Hill, colored, were arraigned before Justice Hobbs Saturday on eounter charges of assault, and both were committed for court. At the hearing it was stated that Manifold went aboardhis vessel, lying at O’Donnell's wharf, ana procuring a double-barreled gun told Hill that be thought he would kili him. Hill jumped behind a barrel just as the gun was discharged. He then grabbed the weapon and took it away from Manifold and beat him over the head with it. Manifold was charged with shooting at Hill with intent to kili, and Hill was charged with murderous assault.
