The mob remained around the jail until two o’clock this morning, and some gangs stayed until morning.Circumstantial proof now leaves little douot that it was Harris who killed Scribner and assaulted Kastberg, both of w hom were evidently struck as James was, with a fish plate. Harris will be lynched as soon as his whereabouts can be found, as his identity as James' assailant is clearly established.
