WALTERS, Sept. 18-A district court jury Friday found Harold McMillan, 47-year-old De-vol farmer, guilty of manslaughter and sentenced him to 30years in prison.The jury was out 2 hours 10 minutes after receiving the case at 2:15 p.m., following closing arguments.The defense called five witnesses Friday, including an Oklahoma City psychiatrist who said! McMillan Thursday had said he “blacked out” prior to a shooting.McMillan said he does not remember carrying a 12-gauge shotgun into the tavern and shooting the victim as four previous witnesses had testified.Dr. Moorman Prosser, said McMillan has suffered occasional blackouts similar to epileptic seizures.
