JH BERRY ARRAIGNED WITH MAN FOR MURDERTrial of Sussex Case is ExpectedSoonNEWTON— Sirs. Beatrice Berry and Charles Rutsher. charged with murder of .Arazi Berry, the woman's husband and employer of Rutshec, pleaded noi guilty to Supreme court yesterdaj and the case was assigned to the Court of Common Pleas for trial, Date of the trial has not neen set but it is expected to take place soon.Mrs. Berry and Rutsher have been in the Susses County jail since June seventeenth, alter the woman's husband had been shot to deach at their home at ‘Woodbaurr.e. near Sussex. as he was about to go to work on a night shift at the New Jersey Zinc plant at Franklin. The wife told Investigators Berry was shot by some one outside the dining room wtndow Rucshar was reputedly in • his bedroom at the Berry home.
