iel-isCORONi ENTERS T GUILTY PLEATRIAL DATE FOR F. MORENO SET FOR OCTOBER 1, IN SUPERIOR COURTFrancisco Moreno, twenty-six, of this city, was araigned Monday before Judge O. YL. Morton of the superior court at Riverside on a charge of murdering Bertolo Ramirez, eighty, in Corona a few weeks ago. Trial date was set for October first in department two of the superior court.Moreno, who with Benifacio Reyes, also of Corona, is charged with attacking the aged man when he resisted their attempts to enter his residence at Second and Howard street, one Sunday morning- around four o'clock. They are alleged to have struck Ramirez over the head with a beer bottle causing a fractured skull, which resulted in his death a few days later at the county hospital. Mott reno was given his preliminary hearing before Judge Stahl in Corona last week and held to the superior court without bail. Reyes
