Charge BattleAt Dance HallJames Hollobaugh, Washington township, gave bail for a hearing on September 26 at 7 p. m. to be held before Justice of tne Peace Frank J, Atkins. Hollobaugh was charged with assault and battery and aggravated assault and battery by John Stephens, who made the Information in behalf of his son, Everil.Theprosecutor is also a resident ol Washington township.The case arose in connection with a free-for-all fight at a dance pavilion near Sherrett last Friday evening.
