He was accused of selling cocaine to an undercover narcotics officer in Cedar Falls on April 26.Receiving a deferred sentence and ordered to pay eourt costs was Michael Edward Bruno, 30, of 811 Indiana St. He pleaded guilty to second-degree theft in connection with stealing seafood from Gamble Robinson Co. on April 14.Placed on five years of probation after his prison sentence was reconsidered was William Herbert Ivey, 34, of Cedar Falls.
