PINEVILLE (RNS) — The following indictments were returned by the Wyoming County grand jury Thursday:Eddie Jason Short, murder, Nov. 5 slaying of Eary Carl England Jr.; Tony Godfrey, breaking and entering, Coal Mountain Post Office; Charles Stables, grand larceny, stealing a 1974 Buick belonging to Dennis Thacker; James E. Mills, attempt to murder Zona McKinney; Pinkey Lee Mullens, rape; Linda Sue McCoy, breaking and entering, dwelling of Jay P. McCoy: Bennie Stepp, and Ray C. Steele, breaking and entering and grand larceny, stealing property of Eastern Associated Coal corporation; Mildred Murphy, receiving stolen goods, property of Gregory Kirk.
