Sioux Cityan is icharged with OMVI 1James Wiliam Montague, 1route 1, Sioux City, Friday morning posited a $500 bond and paid a fine in mayor’s court after he was charged withOMVI.The drunken driving case was transferred to district court.Montiagne and Carlyle Androy, route 1, Hinton, were fined $25 and costs for public intoxication on the highway. These charges were filed by Highway Patrolman David Wilson, Cherokee.Signing 'the int'ormatijon on the OMVI charge was a private citizen. Police said Maynard Weekley, no address listed, made a citizen's arrest on highway 75 north of James.The two men were held in the city jail over night. Police reported Androy failed to payhis fine and was transferred 4othe county jail Friday.
