Montagne and Carly le Androy, route 1, Hinton, were fined $25 and costs for public intoxication on the highway. These charges were filed by Highway Patrolman David Wilson, Cherokee.Signing -the information on tile OMVI charge was a private citizen. Police said Maynard Weekley, no address listed, rnadte a citizen’s arrest on highway 75 north of James.The two men were held in the dty jail over night. Police reported Androy failed to pay his fine and was transferred to the county jail Friday.
