Driver of Death Car Sentenced, Qranted ParoleWautoma, Wig.—(Special)—Barney tenders, driver of a car that hit a wagon in which Rudolph Danner was riding, killing him, was granted probation on a one year sentence to Waupun on a charge of failing to stop and assist, by Judge Byron B. Park in circuit court Monday.Trial of Bernard Martin, on charges of violating fishing statutes, was begun Monday with selection of a jury and examination of witnesses including Conservation Wardens John Worden, Plainfield; Dunham, Oshkosh; John Dent, Au-roraville; and Justice C. T. Taylor. It was expected the case would be in the hands of the jury sometime Tuesday.Cases pending on the court calendar are: state versus J. T. Monaghan, charged with larceny asbailee; state versus Irvin Hebner,Tustin, charged with assault with intent to do great bodily harm; and Marvin Krause, on a moral charge.
