Chicago Heights Her alleged attacker, Cortez Riggins, 20. of 328 Boston, Chicago Heights, was charged on Saturday with attempted rapeand aggravated assault He is being held on $30,000 bond in Cook county jail Chicago Heights police were called to the park Friday in response to a report of a woman screaming The girl’s mother met police at the field house where the doors had been locked with the attacler and victim inside, police saidPOLICE SAID THEY found Riggins in the lower level of the building with the girl, whose face was bleeding and swollen Riggins reportedly tried to get past the police, but was subdued and arrested Chicago Heights park district Supt Robert Lueder said Riggins was an employee of the district, under the federal Comprehensive Employment Training act (CETA) and had apparently gotten a set of keys to the fieldhouse from another park districtemployee
