Sentencing — State of Iowa vs. Thomas Vincent Heath, Defendant is sentenced to 10 years at the Men’s Reformatory at Anamosa and is to pay costs of the action. It is further ordered that mittimus shall not be issued at this time but that defendant be placed on probation during good behavior. Defendant charged with forgery.
