Its:ntatSt.Suspend sentencefor Jerry AngellJerry Eugene Angell, 19, 110 N. Federal, Thursday was given a suspended sentence not to exceed 10 years in the Men’s Reformatory at A n a m o s a. He pleaded guilty before Judge B, C. Sullivan in Cerro Gordo County District Court.Angell was charged with breaking and entering a tavern at Swalcdale- on or about Juno 23 and taking money and beer. The sentence was suspended on good behavior, and Angell was put under the jurisdiction of the Iowa Board of Parole.
