Jr. At the lime of the accident Dr. Dean and Dr. Graham attended him I wns employed to bring suit for damages growing out of the accident and I did. While that suit was pending. Charles Ashcraft dird. and after thnt his father was appointed administrator and the claim for damages was settled by a liability Insurance company and the proceeds turned over to Charles Ashcraft’s widow, who Is living In St. Joseph. Mich . and his father. These damages were for the injury In the accident.
