Holler were guilty of conspiracy to obtain n. iivorce for Mamie Z Dickson, of South Bind, whose husband at the •Imo resided In Buffalo, and endeavoring to Induce the court to Issue a warrant for their arrest ami apprehension. knowing them to be Innoceut of the alleged Imported crime; that an affidavit was nied against Holler and Gabriel, covering the case and letters written by Holler to Dickson relative to procuring a divorce. It being alleged that the two South Bend attorneys nought to deceive the court and deprive the Dickens’ child of support entitled by law. It Is asserted that the affidavit against Holler and Gabriel was fictitious and In pursuance of a conspiracy to injure them by-securing their arrest and placing under bondsSpecification nine cover* the same case.Specification ten charges that Mar. 1.
