Nabbed.—More than a year ago the Grand Jury of this county found an indictment against one!Presly.Dark,for larceny. Dark was, at the time, living in the south part of the county, but about the time of the indictment, left suddenly andimanaged to elude the officers. The caseremained upon the docket and the Sheriffcontinued on the’look out for his man. Afew days|ago Ed. Gordley.Skeriff of Browncounty, ascertained the wherebotits of thefugitive, and on Sunday found himon McGee’s Creek in the soath part ofBrown county. He took him in custodyand on yesterday brought him to the cityand lodged him in jail. Dark is chargedwith stealing a pair of mules from hismother and selling them to a man in this city. lie will probably be tried at thisterm.
