Bardens when Coffinberry requested suf-■ ficient time to contact on attorney in Chicago,Arthur T. Castle, also charged with burglary and larceny, plead not guilty in .his original appearance and was returned to the county jail to await trial.Two others, Norman Rogers and Richard Charles Jr., held on an attempted burglary indictment, had their bond of $2,000 each renewed before Iheir return to the court for preliminary, arraignment when they will enter a plea.
