ELDON KRIEGER CASEDISMISSED FROM COURTTwo Divoroes Granted By Judge DeLand Last Week—Many Criminal Cases ComingTwo divorces were granted last week by Judge James DeLand. Buena Thompson Merron was granted a divorce from John Merron and Anton Fisher was given a divorce from Ad-die Fisher. Friday afternoon and Saturday morning the case of State of Iowa vs. Eldon Krieger, of Em-motsburg, on a charge of conspiracy with intent to defraud, took up moat of the time. The case was dismissed on account of lack of evidence. Evans, of Emnietsburg, who was indicted with Krieger, will have his trial some time this week. Other cases to be tried this week are State of Iowa vs. Lincoln M. Boulds, on charge of perjury; State of Iowa vs. Dave Lynch) charge of adteauit with intunt to do great bodly injury, and the following men will be tried for possession of liquor: Geo. Price,Robert McGee, R. W. Gilbert, Art Hanson, Fred VanValkenberg and Fred Rudd.
