—W. J Smith, Had Buttolph and Joe Van Meter were arrested Monday by Marshal Oates charged with quarreling, fighting and using obscene and profane language Saturday night. It seems theyimbibed in the cup that cheers anddoes divers other things. They were arranged before Mayor Richards Monday and plead not guilty, but Tuesday morning, they came into court, plead guilty and paid $5. and costs, amounting to I9.40 in all.
