I)eckard, he of the real estate firm of Deckard 2g Biddinger.3D Mr. Walker was born March 31, 1840. te He came to this county from the south, e. and before moving to this city he lived ae on a farm in Veale township for years. 3d Last fall he traded his farm for city property and shortly after the Novom-g,. lber election he moved to this city.
