SHERIFF S SALEOF VALUABLE REAL ESTATE • BY VIRTUE of Writ of Execution issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of Clearfield County, Pennsylvania and to me directed there will be exposed to public sate in the Sheriffs Office in the Court House in the Borough of Clearfield, on FRIDAY, October 7, 1983 AT 10:00 A.M.THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY TO WIT;AIL that certain messuage, tenement and tract of ground situate, lying and being in Wlnburne Village, Cooper Township, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows.BEGINNING at a post^ on the West side of a public road running through the Village of Winburne; thence by lands of Steve Menhart, North 85° West 400 feet, more or less, to line of lands of Charles Johnson; thence by land of said Johnson North 4° East 100 feet to post; thence by lands of J. M. Laurie, now Bunzer, South 85° 200 feet to o post; thence by same North 4° East 20 feet to a post; thence by lands of Lucas, now Mardnko, South 85° East 200 feet, more or less, to o point on West side of oforesaid public road; thence along said rood South 4* West 120 feet to point of beginning.SEIZED, taken in execution to be sold as the property of DAVID J LUCACS MARIE b.
