Kline Edward Goeders ofEmmetsburg was charged on Sept. 7 with carrying a concealed weapqn and also receiving stolen goods. Goeders reportedly received a stoien .22 cal. handgun belonging to Duane Schenatzki, valued over S20, knowing that it had been stolen.The case was filed In Palo Alto County District Court on Sept.13.
