i Dr. Osborn, the Wheeling I.ake Brie surgeon was tailed upon Thurs- 1 clay to attend to James Payne, a Wheeling I^ake Erie employe, who had his left arm badly hurt by having heavy ear truck wheels pass over it. Payne was pushing a truck heavily I loaded with flue pipes. He was using a pinch bar to move the wheels of the truck. He laid the round bar on the floor and accidentally stepped on the bar which rolled with him anti he was thrown to the floor, the wheels passing over is left forearm. I
