Mrs. Garrity alleges that he husband was intoxicated with liquor bought at Mr.Lewis' store, and because of his intoxicated condition lost eontrol of his horses, his death resulting as abovestated. The statutes plainly state that the owner of a building is equally liable with the occupant in sm-h an Instance, and therefore Mr. I! if tier is made a defendant with Mr. Lewis.
