Mrs. (lar-rit\ alleges that lu- husband was intoxicated with liquor bought at Mr. Lewis* store, and because of his intoxicated condition lost control of his horses, his death resulting as above stated. The statutes plainly state that the owner of a building is equally liable with the occupant in such an instance, and therefore Mr. liillier is made n defendant with Mr. Lewis.
