Parole Board Commutes Death Sentences to LifeAUSTIN (UPI) - The TexasHoard of Pardons and Paroles has released the names of the first 29 condemned prisoners to have their death sentences commuted to life in prison.The board plans to commute the sentences of all 43 men who were under death sentences at Huntsville, since the U. S.
