(NEA telephoto)Ffctf12 Hurt as Bus TipsDjlOver Near HammettMOUNTAIN HOME, Sept. 14 (UPI)—Twelve persons were rushed to Elmore memorial hospital here today after a Greyhound bus skidded on rain-slick highway 30 and crashed about four miles west of Hammett. Arthur Smith, Mountain Home ambulance driver, said only four of the passengers appeared to be hurt seriously. Nobody was killed in the one-vehicle accident, he said. Smith said the bus apparently was coming down Medbury hill when thedriver lost control. APlane Listed Missing; Plan Of Flight Setrainstorm was reported in progress at the time.The bus went off the lefthand side of the road, jumped a borrowpit and then tipped over onto its left side. Smith said all the windows on the left side of the bus were smashed out.Sheriff's deputies still were at the scene investigating and reports from them were not immediately available, the sheriff's office here said.The hospital said the followingpersons were admitted as patients, conditions reported serious but not critical: MaTy Lcwise Brown; Olive Miller; Mrs. R. Courtney; a Mr. Courtney; Mrs. Virgil Viers; Mrs. Anna Arstein, and Donia Willey. The ages and hometowns of the patients were not available, the hospital said.The driver of the bus was notimmediately identified.
