7 Murder Cases To Be Sifted By Grand JuryThe September -term of the Kanawha county grand jury will con-- veoe Monday to consider some, 238 cases, among them seven charges of murder.Prosecutor Frank L. Taylor will also present to the jury three charges of manslaughter and eight rape complaints, The jury Is expected to report the following Monday or Tuesday.Among the murder charges Mr. Taylor will present to the grand jurors are those against:Arnold Lee Elswick of Little Sandy lor the jealousy shooting of Clarence Pauley on May 29.Mrs. Ada Milam, West Charleston. for the slaying of her son, Weuel, with a bottle, which she ' admitted throwing at him when he was abusing her.W. C. Burdette, lor the murder of his son, Otha C. Burdette- onMay 29.Benson Orvil Binion, for the fatal shooting of George Fulton on Aug. 3 in. his yard on -Cabin Creek-j-Booker T. Nash of Montgomery j. for the shooting of John William: Miller on Aug. 28, after an argu-,, ment aver the death of Nash's dog. I William V. 'Mercer of 605 Fry!' St. for the murder of Herbert!
