Philadelphia, Sept 13.—The grandjury Thursday found a true bill against Herman W. Mudgett, alias H. H. Holmes, charging him with the murder of Benjamin F. Pitzel. The only witnesses examined by the grand jury were Detective Gayer and L. G. Fouz, president of thd fidelity Mutual Life association, the concern that Holmesswindled out of 510,000, and tfaey garo sufficient testimony to warrant the finding of the true bill. The latter contains nothing but the specific charge of murder.
