The preliminary trial of the cnee against George McKinley for criminal seduction, Sarah K. Belk. prosecutrix, came up for trial before ’Squire Aekel-mire last Friday. The defense made nospecial effort to secure an acquittal on the preliminary trial and the defendant was hound over to court under a $.\oo bond.
