Kell A|AlB«t a Hhol-lt;*ou.Atlanta, September 10.—A dispatch just received from Carteraville gives news of a terrible renconter between James Cagle and bis father, it appears that Cagle's wife and the father fell out about a piece of tobacco. The father is said to have abused the daughter in round terms. The son, hearing the quarrel, entered the room and defended his wile. The father then abused him, and the 6oa replying with spirit the father picked up a stick and rushed on his son. He was met with ti load of buckshot, which the son poured into him. and from which tho old man died immediately. The young couple were both jailed, and are now awaiting trial.
