IndianaSecond arrest in checks theft\ second person has been arrested in connection with the theft of personal bank checks from Kenneth Widdowson of Indiana.State police at Indiana reported Neal Christopher Donahue, 32, of 145 South Fifth St., was arrested Friday on a warrant issued by District Justice Kit hard Oren-dorff. Donahue is charged with criminal conspiracy to commit theft by deception, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.Police reported I )onahue is the boyfriend of Jennifer I )awn I lart-man of Penn Hun.
