saia.Andrew Gockerell, 31, of Florida, first was taken to Lake East Hospital in Painesville, then to Metro in Cleveland. A nursing supervisor reported him to be in stable condition with orthopedic injuries Sunday night.Charges are being filed against both men involved, the trooper said. The charge against Gockerell is driving a motorcycle without a license. David Barber, 47, of Painesville, is facinga charge of failure to yield when turning left.
