Paulding Common PleasPAULDING — Thomas M. Shindler, Route 2, Box 1800,Paulding, received a suspended one-year sentence in a state prison and was fined $250 for aggravated assault. Judge J. David Webb placed Shindler on three years’ probation on conditions he serves 60 days in the county jail (work release privileges granted), pay $257.38 inrestitution to Timothy Jewell, Cloverdale, obtain a GED within the next 18 months. Shindler was found guilty on July 22 of aggravated assault with a knife to Jewell.
