Three Persons Bound Over After HearingsJOPLIN—Three personswere bound over to Jasper County Circuit Court for trial after waiving preliminary hearings Wednesday in Western District Magistrate Court.Bound over were Delbert D. Griffin, 26, Webb City, charged with forging and uttering; Patricia Roland, 24, Commerce, Okla., charged with issuing a no-account check,and Jimmie E. Dodd, 22, Joplin, charged with grand larceny.I^eonard Starchman, 43, Carl Junction, was placed on one year probation by Judge Charles E. Teel Jr. Starchman pleaded guilty Aug. 15 to a charge of common assault. Starchman was charged withpushing Dorothy Rowland,Joplin, from a moving car last July 28 in Joplin.Two persons were placed on two years probation after pleading guilty to charges of destruction of personal property. They are Rick Danley, 19, and Fred Iximente Fontana, 17, both Joplin. They were charged with breaking two locks a the Joplin Scrap Company last July 11.William Harvey, 49, Pierce City, waived arraignment on a charge of forgery and uttering, il He is held in default of $1,000 s bond pending preliminary s hearing Sept. 13. Harvey is charged in connection with theissuance of a $76 check in the name of Oscar Kline to Charles Trayer Jr. Dec. 28,1971.Rick Williams Riggs, 18,Cambridge Apartments,Joplin, waived arraginment on charges of burglary and stealing. Preliminary hearing was set Sept. 12.
