11 111 I ■ ——mmmmm——n n m !■■■Lovfe Cornelius, 43, 514 North i Third street, Wednesday was sentenced to serve 10 days in the Vigo County Jail and fined $25 after she was found guilty in City j Court by Special Judge John j Weddle on a prostitution charge.Deputy Prosecutor Verl Miller informed the court that the defendant was arrested at her residence by Patrolman William Ridge and Detectives WTilliam Gundlach and C. D. Thompson.In other action taken by thecourt, Judge Edw'ard S. Evecettordered Frank D. Steudeman, 29, iRR 1, Ardmore, Okla., held undera $500 bond on a vagrancy charge. The case was continued until next Wednesday. Chief of Detectives Willard Gantz said later that Steudeman will be re-! turned to Houston, Tex., where j I he is wanted by authorities as a parole violator.Judge Everett set Friday as the trial date for Elmer Drumb, 38, 1260 Sycamore street, who pleaded not guilty to a trespasscharge. He arranged a $500 bond.
