Falls, in an 89th District Court; trial that went to a jury at nooni Thursday. . ■ FJessup alleges he suffered a ^ fractured leg July 7, 1955, when lie dropped a keg of beer at Rock Inn, 912 Sixth.Jessup alleges he was employed j at Rock Inn at the time. Mrs. r Read and Leach, who owned Rock r Inn when the incident occurred, denied Jessup was an employe.Final arguments were given by 1 lawyers Thursday morning and a1 jury of six men and six women ► began deliberations early Thursday afternoon.Judge Graham B.
