Robert Heatheoto, a miner, was seriously and perhapp fatally stabbed in a quarrel at Saylorville Saturday night Heaihoote was taken to Mercy hospital where the knife wounds in his arm and abdomen were dressed. This morning It was stated the injured :nan has a slight chance of recovery. Burgess was arrested and is being held in custody.Heatbeote’s son was wrestling with a smalle- lad. The other miner interfere lt;1 and assisted the younger iad. Hcothcote became angry and a fist fight Mas soon in progress between Heathcote and Burgess. The latter drew bis knife and slashed his opponent twice Once across the arm and the second time in the abdomen.Heath-eotr has a wife and eight children. Burgess has a wife and one child.
