Mrs. Ella Beal, whose husband, A. R Beal, attempted to behead her at Jacksou park, last spring, wai the next one. Her poor husband is in jail serving out a sentence, made lighter than it would have been had he not oonsentod to allow her the freedom she craved. With no defense it was not necessary for her to go into detail, and but little time was oon-eumed in recording the order glviEg her the right to resume her maiden name ad to assume the custody of her child.
