He had hung it up for a few minutes while at work,when he wanted to put it on, ered that it had disappeared.Gov. Haub, of Haubstadi, was also made the victim of the sneak scoundrels. Being in the city on Wednesday, he purchased a basket of notions for his children and his neighbors.
