OHP dispatcher Julius Petro said preliminary reports show VanAllen was eastbound on Route 84 when his car veered left of center and collided head-on with Crytzer’s westbound vehicle.According to unconfirmed reports, Crytzer had to be cut from her car by Saybrook Township firefighters.A dispatcher at the Saybrook fire hall deferred comment toFire Chief William Kaiser. Hecould not be reached for comment Saturday.Other auto accidents Saturday were reported in Plymouth Township, Madison Township and southern Geauga County.Petro said a car and motorcycle collided on Route 20 at County Line Road just before 12:45 p.m. The road is the border between Geneva Township in Ashtabula County and Madison Township in Lake County.Petro said the crash injured Andrew Gockerell, 31, of Florida and David Barber, 47, of Paines-ville. A report on the accident had not been completed Saturday and it was not known which of the victims was riding the motorcycle.It also was not known how seriously the men were hurt.
