II.— Duke Stan-! ley, who has been under arrest hero charged with murder following the sen sational killing of Albert Collins, atPreston Bend Tuesday, was rehvsed today. Johu Daniels and his sons Jack and Jen, were given ’preliminary hear-ings today and bound over to await the action of the grand jury in connection with the crime.
