Fierro Is Charged With MurderThe first murder of the year in Kerr County was reported Monday morning when 19 year old Donald Tracy Morgan was found dead in his apartment at 1513 E. Jefferson Street.Ruben Anthony Fierro, 28, of Ingram, is being held without bond on possible murder charges.The Ketrville Police Department said a call was received about 11 a.m. Monday from a minister who said that Fierro wished to give himself up. Policemen went to the home of the minister, where he was taken into custody, then went to the apartment, where they found Morgan with his throat cut. Police are continuing their investigation.Justice of the Peace James J. Vogel said he was awaiting an autopsy report from Reuben Santos, Bexar County Medical authority.
