Wednesday.Stops was arrested Sept 6, on a warrant charging that he had passed a worthless check for house repairs.When arrested on the worthless cheek charge, Stops was serving a 60-day sentence for violation of probation. 4 —Stops has three previous arrests on charges of issuing worthless checks.
