TWO MEN CUT WITH A RAZOR.Etlnurd Iteglejr and Harry Smllh Slashedby Xlgttr OkftH*} LmI Ktenltig.About 8 o’clock last evening Edward ( Begley, of No. 212 Maryland avenue, and lt;Harry Smith, of West street, together lt;with four others w«*re standing on the 1 comer of Second and Weal when “Nigger Charley came along. They saluted Charley, but without any provocation he eltncb«*d with Begley. Instantly (Begley shouted that he wax cut and Smith went to his assistance. Then Charley slashed at Smith with a raxor, lnfllctiug a alight wound. Begley received two gashes on the aide, oue of them being four Inches long.“Nlggar Charley'' ran up Second street. A police officer soon arrived but could ttot find his man. The men were taken to the office of lr. Blockaom where their wounds were dressed. Donalaou is still st large.
