—Goshen .News: It will be remem* bered that on the 21st ult., one William VanVlick, an ex-saloon keeper of £lkbart, was brought to Gosben and lodged in jail on a writ of capias issued bv Esq. Thomas. In four days there after he was released on habeas corpus proceedings, and sew ho figures is a damage suit filed in the Circuit Court today against Esq.
