Circuit CourtMarion CountyA criminal complaint has been signed by Rachel A. Bryant against Charles Sloat. The complaint alleges that Sloat committed an act of battery on Sepember 6 at 1624 S. Hickory St. by striking Rachel Bryant in the right side with a chair. Alva Piercy has also signed a complaint charging that Sloat struck him in the mouth and face with his fist.
