Tavern ShootingsTo Be InvestigatedELKHART, Ind. (API-Grand jurors will be called into session in Elkhart Superior Court Wednesday to investigate two fatal tavern shootings, County Prosecutor C. Whitney Sla-baugh said Saturday.The two Elkhart men killed by single bullets in the chest from 32 caliber automatic pistols in separate bars early Saturday were Donald Bailey, 29, and Eugene Scott, 28.Slabaugh said Bailey was shot by Henry Otterbridge, 38, Elkhart, during an altercation m the Cozy Corner bar. Bailey alsowas armed, the prosecutor said.Scott was felled by Joseph Rodino, 73, owner of the Rialto Gardens, who then suffered a heart attack and was hospitalized, the prosecutor said.!
